1. What Bargly is.

Bargly helps you compare grocery prices across New Zealand supermarkets, build shopping lists, and track a grocery budget. It is an independent app.

2. Prices are a guide, not a guarantee.

Prices and product details in Bargly are collected periodically from publicly available supermarket sources and are provided on an "as is" basis for your convenience. They may be out of date, incomplete, or different from the price charged in-store or online. Always check the actual price at the store. We do not warrant the accuracy of any price or product information and are not liable for any decision you make based on it.

3. Trademarks and product images.

Supermarket names, logos, brand names and product images shown in Bargly are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify products for price comparison. Bargly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Woolworths, Foodstuffs, PAK'nSAVE or New World. If you are a rights holder and have a concern about any content, contact admin@jacobko.app and we will respond promptly.

4. Your account and content.

You may use Bargly as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You keep ownership of the lists, items and budget information you create; you grant us the limited licence needed to store, sync and display that content to operate the service. When you share a list, you are responsible for who you invite, and members can view and edit that list.

5. Acceptable use.

Don't misuse the service — for example, don't attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it unlawfully or to build a competing dataset.

6. Availability and changes.

Bargly is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may modify or discontinue features.

7. Limitation of liability.

To the extent permitted by law, Bargly is provided without warranties and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including reliance on price information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Termination.

You may stop using Bargly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

10. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms; the current version will be posted here with the date above.
